Warranty Policy

The general terms and conditions apply to all offers and orders


If you receive a defective or faulty product, you can invoke the statutory warranty. A statutory warranty means that a product is or should do what a consumer can reasonably expect. A defective or faulty product caused by a manufacturing error is covered by our warranty. We will always handle this and provide an appropriate solution immediately.


To qualify for the warranty solution, you must have proof of purchase (this also serves as your warranty certificate). Complaints without proof of purchase will not be processed by us.


Limitations of warranty policy


The warranty policy is subject to the following limitations:


Repaired or replaced products will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty.


This warranty does not cover:
  -  Defects and damage caused by improper use

  • Defects and wear and tear that can be expected with normal use
  • Modifications to the product such as repairs not carried out by the manufacturer or designated repair services
  • Damage due to intent, (intensive) use or negligent maintenance
  • Damage or jamming of the zippers, unless a defect is immediately noted when unpacking the order
  • Damage caused by splints and/or other aids
  • Loss of color

To help you as quickly as possible, please include the following information:
  - the name and email address used to place the order

  • The order number
  • A clear description of the complaint
  • Clear photos showing the complaint (front of shoes, sides of shoes, photo in which the product is worn (with splints or similar) both open and zipped up 



Billy Footwear is essentially regular, ready-made shoes . These can be a fantastic solution, but keep in mind that these shoes can also be damaged by wearer use, playing, ground play, sliding, climbing, etc., and by braces, which will eventually destroy the shoes.
